Mantas, Mangroves, and Muck: A Raja Ampat Odyssey

Our liveaboard adventure in Raja Ampat showcased the region’s incredible marine diversity. Highlights included unforgettable encounters with majestic manta rays gliding over vibrant coral reefs. Schools of sweetlips added a splash of colour, while the elusive wobbegong sharks, perfectly camouflaged on the reef, were a delight to spot throughout the trip. We were also treated to the stunning mangrove forests, filled with life and mystery.

The muck dives were equally captivating, revealing critters like the mesmerising mimic octopus, showcasing its remarkable ability to imitate other sea creatures, along with several pregnant ghost pipefish and captivating crustaceans.

Every dive was a celebration of Raja Ampat’s beauty, from the abundant marine life to the pristine underwater landscapes.
