As if that’s not enough, above water, the islands also have so much to offer. These volcanic islands are home to the world’s most famous giant lizard – the Komodo Dragon. These large lizards do not exist anywhere else in the world. Mermaid Liveaboards offer land excursions to one of the ranger stations in the National Park to see these living dinosaurs.

Besides the traveling convenience, this gives you the chance to dive at Sangeang, an active volcano. Its bubbly water is home to many critters which makes it a great macro dive and is among the favourite places for underwater photographers.

Mermaid I offers a 10 days diving and snorkelling trips while Mermaid II does 8 days.

Prices include: Transfers from/to airport at all free of charge points outlined in our FAQ section, all meals & snacks, coffee, tea, hot chocolate, soft drinks and drinking water, tanks, weights, weight belts and diving with experienced Dive Masters/Instructors.
