The Color of Komodo

With the exception of Raja Ampat, I can’t imagine that there are any other dive destinations with as much color as Komodo and the surrounding islands. The reefs and all of it’s lovely inhabitants; from Moyo Island off of Sumbawa, to the intrepid water of Komodo, to Sangean’s volcanic reefs, offer an explosion of color to those who dive beneath the waves. Even the sand, though in short supply as coral reefs encrust every corner of the the subaquatic surfaces, is tinted orange and yellow from the surfer of the volcanic activity in the area. There is nothing better than waking up in the morning as the sun crests
Komodo’s rugged horizon and then plunge into the serene waters for ‘stroll’ through some of the world’s most reputable and vibrant reefs!
